None on mine. At least not that I have noticed. Mine are at positions one and two which I’d think would be the least aerodynamically friendly.

Have you guys found nicely fitting molle panels or low profile basket that goes nicely with the oem bars?
Was thinking about a set of these or something similar.

I occasionally get conned into trucking really long things around. I'll feel more comfortable with 4 bars on hand. Tho I see and admire the 2-only point of view.

Not that long ago ended hauling 6? 8? 24' 2x10s. Treated. (Deck project.)

Yakima HD Truck Rack plus an old round bar from a civic across the cab roof of a RAM 1500 proved quite capable.

Kayaks and paddleboards are things that might well end up on the CT for me. 3 crossbars might be the sweet spot.

When the crossbars are collapsed, could they be fastened to the front wall of the truck bed? (Not sorted yet, but I've been thinking on it.)

They can definitely fold short enough for this. Not sure how you intend to fasten them to the back wall. I have a tmat under my cybertent so I can access what’s underneath it by sliding it out so in my “compact” travel mode the bars go all the way in the back with a Tetris block to hold them there and the thing can still be slid out so I can get them.

Haven’t tried that yet.
I am using MarsAG spare tire carrier on mine. I would presume the Molle panels would link up fine. I did have to replace tslot nuts and bolts with better ones tho, marsag included cheap stuff that started rusting.

What is the truck bed and back wall material? A strong polymer? Wondering if adhesive would get a grip on that. Thinking about some additional L-track. 2 or more verticals plus perhaps a horizontal run on the upper angled surface. If I convince myself that adhesive is a good idea.

Given that added L-track, fastening them should be straight-forward. Another Molle panel(s) would probably be overkill. Though I do like overkill...

Would very much like to see even stills from wind tunnel research with so many of the CT attachments out there.
