Payments declined W/ MULTIPLE cards

Hey guys ive been trying to order Cyberbeast trim since the reveal date at first it showed payment declined then I tried again and it went through I got an RN# but after 2-3 days I noticed they had still not charged my card I called tesla to follow up and they said they couldnt find me RN# and to order it again. I tried ordering it again but I keep getting payment declined Ive tried using MULTIPLE credit cards and non work ive called my banks and say they havent received any tesla money request. I also tried making another account and ordering and still didnt work. my question is did they stop taking orders? is it a glitch an has anyone gone through this ?

I've heard that sometimes trying to order through certain VPN connections transactions don't get received, but then outside the VPN they go through. You may want to pause any VPNs and try if that applies to you.

I run online business , it is due to the IP address , Tesla payment processor may have your ip blocked , try from different location or using data plan in your phone etc

Quick update tried using 5G on my phone and still payment was declined two side notes I orderd clothe merch and it worked also a while ago my account was hacked and they ordered 5 tesla chargers but i called and reported it asap can that be the problem ?

Your best bet is to drive to the nearest Tesla service/sales store so they can manually process payment.

i tried that they said they couldnt help they just opened a ticket for me but havent gotten a reply yet since last week. comes to worse im buy a RN# from someone on ebay

12/26/2023 follow up my card was flagged due to the mistake i did when first putting the card the solution was ordering it with apple pay i finally ordered it whoop whoop!

Yeah, my credit card went through as always, but, for the first time ever (with a Tesla purchase) I immediately got a fraud alert from my credit union who thought the charge looked suspicious (like it wasn't initiated by me) and wanted me to confirm or deny.

I suspect some bad actors with a list of people's credit card info have been submitting them as purchases, just to gum up Tesla's ability to process payments here at the end of the year.
