Portable generator as "Range Extender"

Here is a quick update since it's camping season Made an adapter (can also buy it on Amazon for ~$30) for 5-30 to 14-50 for use with dual Honda EU2200 setup. Works as expected, pics below...

Yah, and that gets you over the 24A a normal 5-30 adapter would let the truck pull.

GENMAX makes generators now that you can connect in series to get 240V. Other companies only allow you to connect in parallel so you are only getting 120V from a NEMA 14-50. You can buy two generators for only $600 each and the $100 series box. So for $1300 you can charge off grid, and have redundancy in case on generator doesn't work.
