I finally took delivery last weekend and feel like I disagree with a couple of points that I've repeatedly read here/on reddit as well as heard in videos.
first, the sound system is fine. it's not amazing, "killer," "mind-blowing." it sounds fine to my ears and sounds about on par with, or maybe a little worse than, my MYLR, with stock equalizer settings on both. the bass is arguably stronger in the Y sitting in the driver's seat, so if I had to choose, I'd give the Y the edge. Tesla has had very good audio for many years and the CT is no exception--not significantly worse but certainly not way better like some would have you believe.
second, the rearview mirror is totally usable. I keep the tonneau closed most of the time, and I've been adapting to the rear video feed, but I drove around with the tonneau open and I used the almost-comically-small rearview mirror. it looks comically small, but it is sturdy and does not jiggle/rattle when going over rough roads. it worked exactly like any other rearview mirror--just fine--and naturally with more optical detail than the on-screen video feed. I'll still keep the tonneau closed most of the time for freeway driving, so it's a moot point when commuting, but I'm not at all eager to remove it.
small point: I thought I'd still prefer the haptic turn signals of the refresh S/X, because haptic is the future and debouncing switches is so 1980s, but it's sort of refreshing to have physical buttons--and the click is so satisfying. no issue with the right turn button, fortunately, like some have reported.
