PPF brands: does it matter?

Is PPF a commodity where the brands matter little? Or do they make a big difference? As an example, Stek seems to be high quality but a brand like Inozetek that’s known for vinyl also has PPFs and have better colors but does the quality/thickness etc differ from Stek?

They are not all created equally. A cursory review with Copilot led me to:

I ended up going with the Aura Hyper PPF line because it offers more durability, self-healing, and many more color options. But I think those improvements brought that line closer to where Avery, 3M, and Stek already were (not necessarily better), other than the color choices. It also applies dry (wet is optional) so could be easier for DIY.
