My rear camera has the Abstract Ocean lens cover on it and it doesnt seem to work all that well. I know some folks are installing a washer system but that, to me, just makes a mess on the back of the truck when it used, something else to clean up.

After it rains and Im on the freeway the rear camera becomes useless and is that way until I clean the lens cover.

How about one of our 3D printer friend work on this solution. How about using some of that compressed air in our rigs to blow off the water. It would be clean and may be the ticket. If that didn’t work how about auditing a bit of water with the air to “spit’ a bit of water on the lens. This wouldn’t make such a mess either. Anyone handy enough to tackle this?

This is a persistent issue in the rain for me. I tried the lens cover you mention and then just took it off- I didn't see any improvement. The placement of the camera just means it rapidly gets obscured in rain, wet roads, snow. Sounds like some vehicles have effective ways of rinsing the lens, and we need something for Cybertruck rear cameras. On dry days, no issues!
