Recall for suspension?

I recently had a warning display that indicated I needed to take my new dual motor (picked up 12/2/24). It said it may not display again but I need to take it in anyway. When I try to make appointment they say a lot of other people have had these messages and they are overwhelmed with unexpected drop offs. My question is how serious is this? I have an appointment 2/19/25 but is it going to brick unexpectedly before then? Open to suggestions and advice.

My back right suspension, once every drive, will make a air pumping sound and then a "whoosh" discharge of air like a truck does when stopping. Haven't been able to catch it on video but will be seeing the Tampa SC soon. No screen errors or noticeable change while driving. Unsure if anyone else has had this issue. the truck will do a seemingly random adjustment of the suspension almost every drive.

Mine showed that message one time, I restarted the truck and it hasn't come back.

You do know it adjusts height with speed, right? Ride height drops by venting the suspension pressure and that is heard in the right rear of the truck. An easy way to monitor the ride height as you drive is to swipe left on the “music box window” twice to bring up the tire pressure and ride height display. You’ll hear it vent at the same speed every time.

I do, but it's been pretty well documented here on the forums over the last year that this happens for many owners, most people don't even realize it happens

A bunch of people like myself got the same thing. From what I’ve been reading is that it’s a software bug. Seen people take it in and Tesla sends them home and says make another appointment if it comes back on.

Yes, I did recieve that also sometime at the beginning of January. I made an apt and it is for this Thursday the 30th. I will let you know what happens, but they did tell me they will need to keep it overnight.

I'm just going to make a long list of things that need to be addressed and bring the car in when I will be off for a few days and let them deal with as much of it as possible in one go.

Mine is in for that right now. Came on once and Fresno office says it will be hard to figure out since it went off. Came on again and says to take in even if it goes off. Bakersfield says it’s a bug and should be fixed with the next update so I’m getting the sails and flex cable harness recalls done.

Since first seeing this warning earlier it has not returned. But now I have a road trip planned and remain concerned this could mean a safety issue while out of town. Has anyone had a problem associated with this since receiving the warning?
