I find it strange that people expect the non-FS trucks to change that much. I expect them to be just what an AWD or CB has been but without the Foundation Series equipment and benefits. I would be surprised if white trim was standard but would it just be tactical grey or a different color?

If we look at the Model Y as a reference, the applicable options are:
Wheels: (AT vs Core)
Drivetrain: (AWD vs Beast)
Interior Trim Color: (White vs Grey)

My guesses for not included features, but I am most likely wrong:
Offroad Mode
Ventilated seats

Tesla really doesn't make their cars that customizable, which helps them with production, but leaves a lot of upsell profit on the table.

I’m betting it’ll have ventilated seats, like you said little customization, and they still want it to be a premium vehicle, it’ll sit with the S and X. Not the 3 and Y.
But you’re probably correct with the off road mode. It’ll have software options for all the foundation offerings, so you could spec it to be a foundation, without the badging, and it’ll come to a higher price point. It’s the only way to make everyone happy. (And Tesla the most profits)

If anything and considering how Tesla works, the longer you wait the better chance of finding update differences. Won't shock me at all to see rear view mirror video screens by late 2025 into 2026. Stuff like that.
