Not sure I have seen any *customers* with roof rack rails of any kind yet. No reports I have come across that highlight either product in real world use as of yet.

The UP INVINCIBLE® HD Roof Rack provides unlimited potential for mounting to the Cybertruck’s roof and over the truck’s bed. The four heavy-duty roof rails bolt directly onto the Cybertruck’s OEM attachment system for easy installation. The heights of each roof rail are unique and specifically designed to orient carried items in a flat plane allowing flat panels to easily attach in a straight plane, a function not possible with Tesla’s roof bars which do not create a flat-pane, straight line orientation, despite what the truck’s design may suggest.

Clicked on the link for the "invincible" roof rack, and they have changed the name to "invisible".

Sooooooooooooo why are the rear racks not elevated.
If you put a kayak on there in the current configuration, a long piece of wood, etc. It is going to tear itself in half at over 50 MPH as it will be at a 45 degree angle.
Need to try to get the racks close to level to reduce wind resistance.

I’m not so sure how useful the roof rails will be on the CT. Presumably you’d mostly want to put things on them that don’t fit in the bed like kayaks or roof boxes. With the angle, they will have a lot of drag pushing up on the bottom of them and I feel like the attachment mechanism is designed more for a shearing force than a pulling force. It makes me picture that minivan you see on the freeway with a mattress on the roof that is folding back from the drag and eventually flies off. Am I missing something? Maybe a few pairs of skis would be ok but those should mostly be fine in the vault anyway.

Why are you assuming that the wind stream is straight? Look at some of the examples and you may see that the wind stream follows the down tilt of the tonneau cover.

CyberRak offers a bunch of options. This is what I opted to get. All stainless too.

Something like a kayak would not be a problem since it's an aerodynamic, (hydrodynamic) shape anyway but a piece of plywood could be an issue if it went past the front windshield. However a standard 8ft plywood would not stick out that far and should still be in the laminar flow of the vehicle.

At low speeds (sub 40mph) you would likely be ok, but if hauling anything of size (over 8') the nose up drag created would be significant, especially at that much of an angle. Surfboards, kayaks, boats, SUP boards, even lumber would be under a tremendous amount of stress so a rack with the back elevated will be needed for people using racks often, and at higher speeds with longer objects imo.
