$3,700 is including the extra cost for the dipped rims and painted calipers.not too far off of what that gloss black PPF with matching trims cost… hence my assertion that most would opt to forgo the dip in favor of the PPF…
I mean most places for a PPF on the low end you’d be looking at least 4k all said and done for just the body that’s not including the plastics or any of that additional cost which I would guess would be 1k at the very very least but I could be wrong. Idk how much it costs for them to prime and paint it or sand it and PPF the plastics.
I didn’t care about the cost to be honest though. I was just so happy with how my model 3 he dipped a few years ago came out that I didn’t see any reason to look elsewhere I knew what I was getting was going to be quality and that getting the plastics done wouldn’t cost me any extra/be an issue this route.
