So many times I shifted from forward to reverse or reverse to forward drive and the cyber truck automatically shiftesc it back to where it was. It may do this up to five times until it shifts where I wanted it to. in the meantime, I got people behind me honking their horns saying come on, buddy let’s go. Who else has this problem.

You may want to just use the overhead panel. I've never done what you describe, even by accident. How do you end up doing this?

To change gears on-screen, you must swipe within the bounds of the controls. That is, if you swipe and then drag your finger off the screen, it treats that as a mistake and reverts the setting.

I know I’ve had trouble with the swipe before, but I just sat in the driveway and couldn’t recreate the problem lol.

Some owners have reported that the hazards would not disengage after having the windshield tinted, due to water in the overhead controls. Maybe the screen controls are fighting with malfunctioning overhead controls?

I’ve done this while trying to make a 3-point turn quickly. I chalked it up to the vehicle speed being too high to shift, but I’m not sure if that’s the correct answer.

How many of you actually use the ceiling shifter? I think the only time I can think of I really do that is switching to neutral in a car wash. It’s a little snappier than the long press for neutral in car wash mode.

I use it all the time, but only for the hazard flashers. FSD needs to start using the flashers at opportune times too. I wonder when they'll add it in šŸ¤”
