I think the Santa update has been there for awhile I haven't updated lately

Santa mode is not in the toy box yet. You can say, “Ho Ho Ho” to enable it.
It’s not quite finished yet, the deer mostly slide without animation.

It's there. I used Santa mode on my CT last night. The "ho ho ho" command didn't work for me, but "Turn on Santa" did.

This is why I love this forum! I had no idea about Santa mode and just turned it on with Ho Ho Ho!

While I was doing so, I also discovered Megaphone in the toybox which I had no idea was there.

Santa mode appears to be in pre-holiday update, but it's not the Cybertruck version.
