Suggestions for cross-country trip with my Cybertruck?

I have a month off from work this December and am considering an overlanding cross-country trip on my CT. I've done a similar trip on a motorcycle/dirt bike along the Trans America Trail, but this would be my first time attempting it on a 4-wheeler.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find any maps for off-road trails comparable to those available for the Trans America Trail.

I'm reaching out to see if anyone has undertaken similar cross-country trips primarily on off-road trails and would be willing to share their experiences. I'm particularly interested in avoiding highways during my journey.

I'm based in New Jersey, so any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
