Tesla Powershare Gateway and Universal Charger only - is this normal?

I went through the whole close out procedure.

The comms connections are all good. I removed them, restripped them and reinserted them. They were stripped a bit to long and though the exposed could have shorted so I restripped them. Still in the same situation.

I'm now thinking it’s the truck. Seems like it doesn’t have the correct software. The charge screen doesn’t have the Power share option selection. 2024.33.15
My app does show the power share green icon.

I had an email from my installer today and he said that Tesla sends an email when they are commissioning the gateway. In my case, he told me that any power generation with solar (grid tied or battery) would fall into the category of owners that won’t get the update until the end of the year.

Call Powerwall support (877.961.7652 option 2). They handle Powershare support also. They helped me get my CT VIN assigned to my PS GW and also checked if my PS GW and WC was installed properly (they can diagnose it from their end) if it is connected properly to WiFi.

Got this morning without having to call them. They installed it on Monday and got App notification on Saturday. Also showed up under charging screen in vehicle.
