But even the table you just provided only has California about 10%-15% higher than other states. So what is the hourly rate where you live? Don't give me someone else's yearly salary numbers as I have looked them up before (just like the advertisements that tell me how much I can expect to pay for a new driveway or bathroom are WAY off). The yearly numbers probably assume that they are not making their hourly on a 2000-hour year. I apologize for this response being topic-tangential.You are living in a bubble called the bay area.
