Did any of you struggle on the back doors, did you have to cut a bigger hole?
I just ordered one pair to test and my rear doors seemed to have a smaller hole.
Your install will go easier with AOs pigtails; on one of the back door ones I used a Dremel small round sander -apparently there was a glue like substance I had to remove.

They are easy to install. IMO, the only things you need to be cognizant of is trying to pry out the light, be careful not to damage the surrounding material (it's a tight spot), I ended up putting a rag under the screwdriver. On the back doors the wires are shorter and attached to a clip in the door, don't tug too hard. Lastly, be mindful of the depress clip when removing the original lights.
I damaged the squishy plastic door material using a pry tool on the first one. They are really shoved in there. Eventually did the screwdriver approach and only mildly indented on the other doors.
I think it is a bit misleading to say installing is easy, unless the holes on my doors were just super small. The projector light casing we receive is substantially larger than the factory door lights, making the insertion quite difficult at first go. Guessing maybe 1-2MM longer than the original lights. It made inserting the first one quite precarious. You must use quick firm force to literally shove the new projector up inside making you think you’re going to break the light and/or the door. Once you do one successfully, however, you know what you are in for on the other 3 doors. No YouTube install videos described the experience I had and just outlined above.

I did all four. I do not observe any difference in brightness when all the doors are open. I did not find installing the rear lights materially more difficult than the front ones.

The hardest one for me was the first one because I was not sure what to expect.

This add-on was even admired by my 17-year-old, which is unheard of! They were tight but not too bad to install.
