"Concern: Customer states: Other · Alerts - Pull over immediately unable to drive. "This happened
during a hard turn. I heard a clunk and then got the warning, after which I pulled over. Once I exited
the vehicle and reentered it, the warning went away and the vehicle drove normally."" Mar 26th 18:29
Repair Notes: Reviewed customer concern and verified complaint. Upon review of log data at
provided timestamp, found vehicle encountered an error with the front drive unit, which recovered on
its own minutes later. Upon further examination, issue was identified as a known characteristic of the
firmware version the truck was on at the time of the fault. Verified that the update the truck received
later that day contained the fix, and issue has not resurfaced since, indicating no hardware faults are
present. No further action necessary at this time.
