I got excited seeing the order email. Went for it. 06/06. Changed to white interior on 06/08. Still no VIN. Is that normal? I guess I thought I'd get the Vin already. Located in Michigan.

In north texas configuration of AWD white interior Cyber wheels is almost instant vin at 1 to 2 hours. They basically have trucks to get claimed. Its geography and luck

I'm white with alternate wheels.
Think if I change now it might make a difference

It could since i have yet to see the core wheels get delivered

Going for it then.
I plan to eventually change tires and rims someday anyhow lol. Waiting sucks

As anecdote, I‘m in Los Angeles and placed my order on the 17th too with the core wheels as I wanted more range.
Earlier today I did the change (from AS to AT) and got a VIN assigned 2 minutes later. Its on the 7Ks (007610) so not thrilled about that but hey, speed is speed!

Probably location. They were likely sending a batch of trucks to this region and some weren’t yet assigned to buyers.

Seems like it. I decided to switch to default wheels in hopes of a quicker vin with no such luck. I'm thinking they are just not sending trucks to my area at all right now.
