I prefer number 1 below, but have tried several things:

1) Griots Garage Ultimate Car Wash, in a bucket, with the Griots extendo-pole with their micro-fiber wash mitt on. Works so well!
2) Use ONR Rinse Free Wash on a microfiber mitt, dry with microfiber cloth
3) Use sprayway with a microfiber towel to dry clean - works great, no worry about micro scratches - can't do this on paint or wrap, so a huge win
4) Use rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle - works really well
5) Take to the hand wash near us - they do a great job and whatever chemicals are in their soap leave it spotless, shiny and clean
6) Had some dark spots - used my Griots Garage orbital buffer with Bar Keepers Friend, then rinsed - it's simply an amazing result. brings the stainless up to a really nice shine. Some will say this is a bad idea, but I can't see why as the result is terrific and not hard at all. Rinse well when done.
7) I do have some of the Citrisurf product Tesla recommends, waiting to give that a shot.

I babied mine for a bit, it is PPF wrapped, by handwashing, etc. Then lately just go through the automated wash full blown spinning bristles and all and it looks great and does fine. I figure we should not have to worry about a truck/car going through a car wash, if so I'd consider it a POS.

Routine cleaning - glass cleaner like Sprayaway and a rag. Stubborn bugs on the front of the frunk, something like Formula 409 followed by glass cleaner. Once in a while I get ambitious and give it a real car wash. I have to say though this the easiest exterior to maintain of any vehicle I have owned.

Believe it or not, I use distilled water in a spray bottle and a microfiber towel, and use the square fold technique and flip over once a side gets dirty. Something with the nature of distilled water helps to pull away fingerprints, while also not leaving water residue. Most inexpensive and simplest car I’ve maintained!

I just got mine PPF wrapped as well but would never do an automatic wash after spending that type of bread. Hand wash only!

Buy your favorite foaming ammonia free glass cleaner. I've tried 5 of them and now purchase Invisible Glass (tested, Sprayway, Windex, Sparkle, Invisible and Zep). About once a week I'll clean SS, bumbers and windows with Sparkle and a lot of micro fiber towels. The windshield and roof exterior gets the dirtiest and I like it clean. Unger sells a telescopic pole with applicator. I use the applicator then dry residue with MF towel. The Unger pole works for inside windshield too. I've also tried several other glass cleaning tools and settled on the Unger pole.
Using glass cleaner may dry out the rubber at the base of the windows and other areas over time so I occasionally use rubber dressing to protect those parts.

For the interior I like FEYNLAB interior cleaner or Chemical Guys. At delivery in May I noticed Tesla SC made the tires look amazing with a wet look. I've finally figured out how to get this and I love how it looks to emphasize those 35" macho tires which everyone mentions. Not all tire dressings are equal.
The week I took delivery I did use Bar Keepers Friend all over the SS and it looked terrific when I was finished. Citrisurf77 didn't do anything to remove the fingerprints. At this point I've learned more about SS maintenance than I ever imagined.

Touchless car wash (going to have to use in winter so why not now) + leaf blower to dry where car wash missed - spray away on any residual finger print / stubborn areas. Front of frunk is clear PPF so use MF towel and scrub till bugs gone. Wipe down interior with we MF and good to go - this is my sunday routine, < 30min including drive to Carwash

I got home today and had some bugs on the front bumper so I went out there with multisurface Cleaner that I would use to clean stuff in the kitchen and then also wiped it off with water and it’s brand new shiny ???‍☠??‍♂

Wanted to share… this wash was awesome. Repels water and dust. Gets rid of finger prints and everything!
