Dont be afraid to ask them your options for buy back and replacement if you are having persistant issues. At the same time, if everything is fine with you, they will eventually fix the issues, which is what the warranty is for. I just wish they compensated people for patiently dealing with a faulty product.
Quick update. Tesla Paramus NJhad my truck for 5 days to fix an issue and check on a wiper issue. They gave it back to me on 12/24 and didn't fix the issue. Said they didn't see my notes or pics about the issue and apologized. They said let them research it and they'll get me in ASAP. I relaxed and let the Christmas spirit calm me down lol.
In the next few days, The issue happens during a big rainstorm and I documented each time. I messaged them and they told me to drop it off on Jan 3. They estimate a week having the truck.
This is crazy. Each month since I took delivery, my truck has been in the shop for a week. Well, see what they say this time
