Trip meter reset

My lifetime stats which was my Trip B has never been touched. When I looked at my trips page it shows that it was reset and now matches my Trip A. Has this happened to anyone else? And is there a way to get it back to the lifetime?

I had this happen on our 2020 Model X last year after a software update. Had over 55,000 miles of stats, I was super sad.
