Truck totally unresponsive

Left my truck charging last night with 90 miles of range.

Woke up and the charger is flashing red, truck won't respond to my phone or the key card.

I'm locked out and tied to the wall by a cable!

Unplug the mobile connector, wait a few seconds and plug back in.

Not mobile connector, hard wired. Tried resetting the charger a couple of times, no fix.

Going to call roadside, but I was leaving for the airport when I found the situation....

So now I can plan to have a dead truck that needs roadside on Monday morning! Yaaaaay!

I assume roadside is 24/7?

Tesla Roadside will send a tow truck with a crusty old driver who’s never touched a cybertruck and he’s going to start prying at things with a screwdriver to find where to jump it.

Try jumping the 48v battery next to the Frunk

This will ‘power on’ the vehicle and you will be able to open the doors. Computer will be on and you will be able to unlock and disconnect charging cable. This will also let you enable tow mode and show you the active alerts. Likely HV system, this is a common issue. You may have a long service visit ahead of you but it will be fixed.

Exactly this. As someone that had their truck towed 4x, none of the tow drivers had ever worked on a Cybertruck. They also had about 7 teeth between them. Jumping it to see if you can reset things is the best way to go, it's a shame Tesla can't send rangers for this sort of thing, but they never do, it's always a tow truck.

I just had a great service experience last week, when they cleaned my front camera. Gave me an appointment in 2 days and got me done and out in under an hour, for an elective procedure.

Now, when my truck is totally disabled, they are telling me middecember is when they can get to me... I can't be on foot for over a month.
