In case you didn't watch it, Musk revealed last night during the Robotaxi Cybercab Robocan reveal event:

"We do expect to start fully autonomous unsupervised FSD in Texas and California next year." Musk said. "That's with the Model 3 and Model Y."

Presumably then, the S, X and Cybertruck won't get unsupervised FSD until 2026 at earliest.

Here's the part where he talks about Unsupervised Full Self Driving FSD --
Listen better, then he included the S and X and then someone from the audience made a comment and he said Cybertruck to.

So your conspiracy theories are incorrect.

I believe that his initial intentions in the remarks are that Tesla will use Model 3 and Model Y as their part in the fleet for the first year.

That's how I understood it. He said all models will get it, but it will come first to the 3/Y, like v12 did.

I want to know how insurance is going to work, when FSD ”Unsupervised“ kicks in. More so, when you can buy a taxi or use your own Tesla as a “RoboTaxi”. If the ”Robotaxi” hits a car or kills a pedestrian, who is on the hook for that? I mean, “I wasn’t driving the car officer” is the first thing to come out of my mouth….If Tesla is the creator, should there not be insurance policy provided by Tesla to cover people/property in the event of an accident? Surely, the owners cannot be held liable for something in which they cannot control. Tesla is essentially the driver in those scenarios. Anyone have insight on this?
That's one of the major differences between level 2 and 3. Mercedes' level 3 system, they cover. Until Tesla is willing to cover insurance costs (not likely anytime soon), it's all smoke and mirrors. I thought maybe they were getting closer when they introduced their own insurance in select states, but nothing has changed. You're on the hook now with Actually Smart Summon.

Not related but why does robo taxi only have 2 doors yet is still fairly large. Are there seats in the back? I don't see the advantage with the fancy doors.

It's smaller than the 3/Y, but the back is storage, a lot of it.

The doors are because Tesla needs to be able to open/close doors remotely.

T-Sportline will probably make these wheel covers first..

I just hope they look as good
I was locked in on those wheel covers also.....Munro's are the closes already out. But these were really cool and it did look like the tire was part of the look....maybe a white wall under there to create the illusion of a lower profile tire. I liked it

I too noticed the ‘silver’ (?) sidewalls..

And yes I agree, the Munro wheels are very nice also. Probably my favorite offering so far in regards to style. And it they save a few grams, even better to add to the aero gains…

It will be interesting to see what hardware Unsupervised works on. Someone yelled out "What about HW3" and Elon stuttered and then said let's not get too far into the details. AI5 comes out next year and the rumor is it will start on the MY. Those could be the first to do Unsupervised. I assume it will be a L3 at first, almost treating the driver as a safety driver in select cities, but yes. Still a few years out from Robotaxi services.
He did specifically say that all currently produced vehicles will get fully unsupervised driving. Then later he said they over spec-ed hardware 5, so the extra compute double be used while offline(who gets that compute power, will Tesla rent it from owners, or allow cheaper cars if you allow them access, or can I mine crypto while my car is parked). So my guess would be anything with HW4 will get unsupervised FSD.

I think so, too.
