Yes, I have xpel armor only on the tailgate and not in the bed. The tmat does slide easier on the tailgate, but it slides pretty easy on the bare vault bed.Yes. Most likely. Anything that requires the truck not tomgo
So a couple of questions. Thanks for the video.
It looks like you have xpel armor on the tailgate. Do you have this on the bed too? Does it make it easier to slide?
I tried to order the Cybertruck kit, but I guess that’s not a thing any more. What would you recommend ordering ?
Lastly, I too love batteries and solar and so forth. What are you doing with what looks like 3 delta 2 max’s ? Maybe two and an extra battery? Just curiosity
I ordered the Universal size for 6’ to 6.5’ truck bed. I used 24 of the 12”x12” panels and 4 of the 2”x12” panels to cover 50”x72” area. That’s 6 rows of 4 panels width 2” strip on one side of each row. Note: I didn’t add the 2” strip on the last two rows to allow opening the sub vault.
So, the batteries. I started with one Delta 2 max and it has been working great providing power for everything I use camping (induction cooktop, refrigerator, charging all the lights, phones, watches). I try to keep the CT powered off most of the time when camping. I have two 100w BougeRV CIGS solar panels installed on top of the RTT and plugged into the Delta 2 Max. I recently added the two Delta 2 extra batteries. I also have two Ecoflow bifacial 220w portable solar panels with 30ft cable that I can deploy. My last trip to Starbase, TX, I tried dumping most of the single Delta 2 max into my CT. Just to see if it would be a total pain for a possible emergency 4 miles. I was surprised, it worked without too much work. I was able to discharge most of the Delta 2 and still have enough time charge 50% of Delta 2 before the sun was too low.
Note: I really do not know what I am doing, other than learning as I go and from this forum.
