I use this one in the bed itself and it’s outstanding.

In fact, that will likely be what my kids sleep on when my wife and I move “upstairs”
That looks like a nice mattress, that is the one I would have, except I already had a 4 inch exped, that fit my model y, but of course it doesn't fit the truck bed very well but I didn't want to buy a new one until I get my Urander full lenght tent. Is that mattress really 11 inches thick like the amazon description says?

It’s pretty thick and pretty awesome. Haven’t measured it, but I’m skeptical of 11 inches.
the best part about it is it’s shaped and sized exactly like the vault floor including the little wings around the smugglers bay door. Also perfect length when the tailgate is closed.i use it to make the vault bed soft for a hayride type situation during light show season and it can also take some abuse.

Wow that's quite an expensive mattress you are going to try next. I have an 4 inch exped that I like. Glad you're just selling the tent with the base mattress. When are you getting that next prototype tent?
Expecting late May and we can’t wait! We’ve tried the 4 inch Exped before but with our new tent being so long, we had to see if the 6 inch would take comfort to a whole new level

Got to admit we have two of the Expeds we use stacked together most of the time. Two together sure beats one! Unfortunately they both have the model Y shape so we'll have to get something else when we get our new Urander tent.
