Would just like to post that I bought a Urander enclosed bed cap earlier this year that came with a bad batch of latches. Urander sent a full set of ten brand new latches and the top is working great now.

I want to mention to all here that I have ordered a Urander Enclosed Bed Cap. What I'd like to convey is the fabulous patience and very quick and precise replies that I received from Patrick at Urander. I really blew up his email on order day yet Patrick was very accommodating and patient.
My cap will not arrive here for 4 or 6 weeks, but so far it has been a pleasure working with Patrick and I recommend that if you have any reservations or questions, run them by Patrick, he's a great guy.

I've had reason to communicate with Patrick a few times, he has always been quick and informative in his replies, especially when asking him is it ready yet? Can I order it yet in relation to the full lenght tent.
My bed cap was missing a few nuts for some of the bolts when I was installing it, Patrick ordered and had amazon deliver them to me two days later. I've found that Urander goes out of their way to make sure their customers are treated well.
