Hey guys, I’ve been noticing a slight vibration when using the regen braking. I never noticed this in any of my other Teslas.
Anyone know what’s going on?

same issue. From 50mph down to around 35mph, 15-20% regen strength, I can feel it in my feet and I can hear it.

Mine's been in service for a week for this issue. They had to order some kind of vibration testing kit. Results were sent to engineering and now I wait. Hoping they figure it out for everyone.

Mine has same issue, with a service visit scheduled for the 31st. I’ll eagerly await your results!

Does it feel like you're going over a rumble strip or patch of rocky road?

Mine is at SC right now. They diagnosed it and confirmed the issue exactly as we’ve all described it (between 40-45 mph and 5-10% regen). They haven’t said what they’re going to do about it yet, other than saying it would take a month+ to get the new motor delivered to them. I’m fine with that as long as it’s better. Will let you know when they give me an update.

Wish I had a better report to give, but after 9 days at SC, they released it saying they’ll send the data to Tesla engineers and let me know what else they want to try at a later visit. I told them about the forum posts with identical issue and that rear drive unit seemed to be the common fix, and that’s about the only thing they didn’t replace… Here’s what they threw at it:
