I was just VIN'd today.

Configured on 4/5 and was VIN'd today.
Very surprised how fast it was
Was thinking another month or two to wait.
So excited!!

Scheduled delivery on 6/7 at Fife location!
So VIN'd on 5/30 and delivery on 6/7.
There also had 6/6 available but I couldn't make it on that date.
I guess they had my Cybertruck pretty early.

The delivery window when I ordered the SCT on Feb 24th was "Sept-Oct". Today (6/5) I get a text from Tesla to start the pre-delivery stuff! WTF! I am nowhere near ready – financing-wise – to do this now! I asked for my order to be pushed back to give me more time to secure financing. Haven't heard back yet. I'd hate for my order to be cancelled.

you have time to start the financing, they will next have you pick a date / time for delivery. Typically financing can be obtained 1-2 biz days. They just saying it’s getting close.

I believe it’s a glitch in the SAWD ordering system. VIN’s are always attached to pre-delivery tasks. Nobody who received the message received a VIN. I believe everyone who ordered a $59,990 truck received the same message in their app.

Thanks, but the financing I was referring to was selling TSLA stock, which would have been high enough by September, but today it's dipping below $400!

oh yea i know about that, i got 6 440 calls thats under water right now, prolly have to roll them out to December now. There’s lots of folks selling this week and next to get in the SPCX ipo. It should recover in a few weeks when that settles. Funny thing is, TSLA already owns a chunk of SPCX. I’m gonna grab a few retail shares at ipo myself.
