So in my case adding the slat did nothing for improving the leak. It was mostly cosmetic. The real issue was the aeroflap seal.

check the seal right where the glass meets the cover that you can take off to install the cybertent. if adding the slat didnt help then your issue is probably there.

I don’t have the tent, but could you provide a link or explanation on how to remove said plate?

Yes. This is the cybertent manual and it has pics and instructions how to take the piece off that runs between the two sail panels and behind the glass. I think it’s called the “aeroflap” for some reason

people are saying that leaving the aeroflap in place and covering the gap between it and the the roof glass with something like this:

helps. I think that Im going to go with the first product if adding the extra slat doesnt help.

also my CT (2025 AWD) had an aeroflap seal already in place place that was not seated properly in a small section, so I just fixed it by running a pry tool along the seal and that seemed to reseat it in the proper position. hopefully some combo of all three of these fixes (aeroflap reseat, adding extra slat to tonneau, applying weather strip to cover leading edge gap of aeroflap) will create a dry vault.

This would be ideal but good luck finding it or getting it done. I've asked multiple times. I guess I'll do the diy YouTube fix in the meantime.

I placed a request as well but didn't cite this tsb. They setup a mobile service appointment in a couple of weeks. Not sure what they are going to be fixing with that.

Definitely make sure you have them change that to at the SC because it isn’t something they can do mobile. I had mine done. It’s cosmetic only. Water still soaks the bed and I knew that but I wanted that slat I paid for it lol
