Have any of you who took possession of a Cybertruck been given a "We Owe" form from Tesla that lists items that weren't given to you at the time of delivery? i.e. a form that will like the wheel covers, Poweshare gateway, fix XYZ, etc etc?

Nearly every other dealer and used car shop gives you those and I didn't know if Tesla gives those as well?

I have not provided anything like this at delivery.
Ok cool... how do you make note of what is owed the customer (i.e. they find something wrong or one of the items that haven't been included)? Is there something in writing or do you guys just make note of it in a computer? i.e. how is this tracked?

I have not tried asking for a copy so I cannot confirm. However I created a service request and listed all the items that needed fixing. It did not include the missing accessories such as the aero covers as my assumption is everyone taking delivery is owed them.

As for the gateway/universal wall charger/PowerShare, I was contacted by Tesla Energy for the install prior to delivery and was able to schedule the necessary meetings with them for onsite evaluation and install. This is handled by another team, not delivery, so the delivery center will not have any details regarding these accessories.

I had them scratch out a Due Bill for anything outstanding or missing.

Awesome... thats what I was getting at. Did you put on any of the items that were owed like the wheel overs?
I’m sorry, I realize I didn’t specify this was when we picked up our 2020 MYLRs in 2020. There were some minor delivery issues, and everything went on a Due Bill.

I plan on doing the same if there are any missing items from my FS AWD (waiting on VIN, hopefully any day now, haha!!).

When I bought my 2018 Performance Model 3 there we no Performance badges for the rear trunk lid, the car came without a badge at all.

When I was in the Service Center for a free FSD computer upgrade a year or two later, I had them put the badge on. There was no "IOU" or anything, Tesla knew it was supposed to come with a badge.

The Foundation Series Cybertruck will probably be no different. Tesla knows what they said it comes with, and what it doesn't.

I got a keycard and a slap on the back.

And a nice truck, of course.

Don't quote me on this, but I'm almost 100% positive that the missing items are tracked on the back-end database for your Tesla account. They store this (and so, so much more) on your behalf. This is why you cannot purchase from the store without an account ?. Telsa employs a bunch of DBA guys, to keep track of this stuff since its a critical/core component of the business.

Don't bother asking any salesmen; they don't have a clue about it lol.
