When Wall Charger?

Tesla said I’d get the email to schedule Wall Charger (+ powershare, it’s a beast) install 2 weeks after ordering. That would have been January 2nd. Then it was after I get my VIN, then it was after I schedule delivery, then it was after delivery. Now that there’s no more milestones, so they are saying no estimate. Are they really delivering trucks with no chargers, who else is still waiting, and how long is too long?

Tesla Energy is the department that sends outs the info for us in Texas. Not sure if it is the same for other states. Perhaps it’s worth reaching out to them?

Have had my cyberbeast for a month, with no updates on getting this installed, now I hear they’re changing to a 2500 voucher do it yourself system…not acceptable for me as i ordered based on the offer at the time i took delivery. Elon firing the department that was responsible isn’t my problem…..But am getting tired of no charger.

When will Elon fix this?

When I got the survey from Tesla about the purchasing experience, this was my only real negative comment to them. The lack of communication and transparency (or even intended plan) related to this is pretty bad. In the mean time I am buying a charger and getting it installed. i can't wait 1 month.. 2 months... 6 months? a year? 2 years? Who knows, since they won't communicate on what they owe.

I accepted my PowerShare and a month later after receiving my truck I got nothing. The electrician kept giving me the turnaround and I just got tired of going to Super Chargers every few days. Canceled the order and have no PowerShare and no Tesla Voucher.

I did going with the FPL Evolution (Florida) and should be installed soon.

Was sent the survey 2x's. Approved the first (in Feb), truck received in June, second survey they responded never mind. Have no idea when I'll get anything and if it's a $2500 voucher or the equipment + $4k install?

Wow, a real update! They’ve matched me to an installer and they will reach out shortly. I got the lightbar email too so finally almost done!
