Where Do You Keep Key Cards

I’m coming from a 2016 Model S so I’ve never had key cards before. I’m wondering what people generally do with them? Do you keep one in your wallet? I lock my wallet in my CB when I go to the gym so I’m guessing where I place it in the truck is crucial to prevent the truck from just from unlocking. On the other hand, I currently don’t keep a key card on me at all so if my phone ever dies, I will be stranded.

I keep mine in my phone case. I use my PAAK so it is just for backup in case the battery dies.

I have an Apple Watch but I don’t pay extra for it to have its own cell service. Does it still work even if it’s not connected to your phone and also doesn’t have cell service?

You may be able to wrap your wallet in one of those transponder blocking bags that usually come with RFID toll tags. haven't given it a go but might be worth a try in your case.

No you can leave it inside the truck anywhere except the phone charger which is also the rfid reader. You can leave your wallet in the truck and it will lock when you walk away. And yeah I keep a key card with me especially if I am mountain biking, riding my dirtbike/ATV or skiing.

Have one key card in my money clip, one in the wife’s wallet. I only use my phone, card is there just in case Tesla is having network issues or my phone explodes while I am away from the house.

I did until the apple watch app arrived. Now i don't get mad at myself when I walk out to the truck at my shop without my phone.
