Mine will and to the max all around and especially on top. Might even fabricate a lightweight mylar/bubble foil beenie for it on the inside.

Probably similar to the Model X. Very tinted near where the sun visor would be on the windshield, tinted on the upper windows, and tinted on the side windows. I do not know about the rear-facing window.
