Like any other surface that you wrap or apply stickers to… there will be a difference to the surface when you uncover it. But what will it take to get it back to original?

I wouldn’t say permanent damage. But still can be a concern.

I wonder if you could get the Foundation badge look after a while of simply adding a decal then removing it… ???
  1. Correct, this is not "permanent" damage.
  2. Stainless requires oxygen to maintain the finish.
  3. Any covered area will have a slightly different sheen over time due to lack of exposure.
  4. This is easily remedied with passivization (BKF et al) or at worst with a mild abrasive.
  5. Jalopnik is hot garbage.

You gonna cry some more? How about letting people do what they want, your acceptance is not required. Cheers!
I tried silent judgement, but it wasn't very effective

I wonder if the Foundation ‘badges’ will fade over time.. I have personally noticed that not all of the ‘badges’ have the same intensity. Some appear lighter/darker than others.
