Not sure what is happening in the OP photo. But I think it is still possible to have variation of Toyota setup with cover at the same time. The motor for window does not have to be that big.

Wow. That window is almost pointless.
I don’t think it’s *pointless*, but I *do* think people don’t yet fully grasp how small the actual glass aperture is

the portion of glass one can see through is materially less than the the expanse of glass visible from the outside (due to overlap trim etc interior to the cabin)

that glass aperture is the height of a headrest, and the width of the aperture is 1/2 obscured *by* headrests
