Badging on the rear of the Cybertruck?

All production Teslas have some kind of badging on the rear of the vehicle; either the Tesla "T" logo, or, as with the new Model 3, "T E S L A" spelled out. All CTs I've seen to date have had nothing on the rear. Do you think they will have something when they go into production? Personally, I'd like to see T E S L A

I think they are going to leave it blank… I hope I’m wrong. I would like them to put a large black Tesla logo on the back. T E S L A looks cheesy to me just like what Lexus is doing.

I do like the 'PLAID' badge on the S/X
Maybe they'll build it into the rear lenses in a sleeper fashion. Only seen when rear lights are ON or when braking. All this is open to debadge.

During the release event in 2019, Elon talked about how truck design hadn’t changed much and how the badging was the only way to distinguish between manufacturers. To prove this they had a Chevy, Dodge, and Ford on stage without any badging and they all looked the same. IMO the Cybertruck doesn’t need anything to identify it as a Tesla cause nothing else in existence looks like it, and I thinks that’s the point.

I don't think a logo is needed anywhere on the CT. People won't need to see a logo to know who built it.

For sure, we won't see a logo stamped into the CT's stainless steel tailgate like this (or the rust....)

The best part is no part. Since wrapping will be popular with this product, we don't need badging getting in the way.

That tailgate has a lot of area for bumper stickers and decals. No significate area on the cabin rear windows to put Calvin pissing on a chevy bow tie.

I didn't read all replies but I'm pretty sure Franz said no badges cause u know it's a Tesla. Thank God tbh. I'm so tired of the companies cramming 100 emblems on vehicles

I don't think it will have the letter "T" or "Tesla" on it anywhere. The Cybertruck itself is the Tesla logo.
