I love to see all the images of the CT. I enjoy a lot when I see new ones but all the complain of nothing official, is such a drag. These are prototype, not released CT. Testing is still in the works. Wait until you have the CT in your possession then complain all you want. I am out, logging off. I will enjoy my CT when I have it.

wonder how they're mounting the tire mount / air tank on the vault floor? given there's a battery underneath, drilling doesnt seem legit and as far as we know, there's no t track on the floor...

I want to mount a pair of these for dirt bikes

The best image we have of the bed shows 6 or 8 plugs in the bottom of the bed. Many were assuming it was for an access panel, but my bet is they are hold down points which all this gear is connected to with some kind of cross bar system, which your stands could probably mount to.

Thats a bit sad it doesn't have an outlet at least. But it's probably because they don't want to wear out the suspension compressor with trades using it on the job. It has a power plug though...
I think it’s more of a safety issue. Suspension is very critical to the safe operation of a vehicle and people opening that loop every day could modify the safe operation of that system.

Let people have their fun and express themselves. There's so much excitement and anticipation that folks are having lots of emotional responses. I understand your sentiment, but just skip past the comments you don't like.

Yea! They should keep all that stuff in a portable wormhole suspended from reality until needed. /S
You mean like a Tardis compartment?

I have one of those already for keeping my alternate time lines, just in case I get sucked into a black hole and can't make it back to the Cybertruck continuum and post here about flat donut accessories. ?:)

Yeah, that tank would be hella overkill just for air pressure.

No. That is a POWERTANK. I have the exact same model mounted in my Gladiator. Its far better than a compressor for airing up tires and seating tire beads.

Pretty sure we could buy a light bar attached to the interior of the roof, with an adjustable hinge, programmable, that could use it as ambient light as well.

it can be both

the forward 2/3rds of the bed floor (forward of the sub-bed storage) is an access panel to the motors/compressor/other mechanicals below

so, presumably it’s easy to mount something to that 2/3rds panel, like this tire mount, then simply re-install/fasten the panel to the truck

not so simple, as I think shown by Tesla moving it to the exterior

lots of challenges with that interior idea

Really? No one's said scuba tank yet? They are in Mexico.. But it could be anything, honestly.. Except the tank for the suspension? Seems that is what people are implying? Is everyone insane, or am i? Am i everyone? What is the meaning of life?

Also, what light bar?
No worries, you are completely sane. It seems the sharks are circling the Cybertruck, without a rational point in the room, and trying to fool people more gullible than themselves.

I feel sorry for those people in Austrialia and New Zealand who won't be able to get their Cybertrucks for many years (maybe never with a true right-hand drive version) and who are trying to convince themselves it won't be nearly as good as presented, in a desperate effort to ward off the unobtanium conundrum. It's a sad situation, hearing them endlessly repeat their FUD, FUD that they know deep down inside is just made-up nothingness.

I see no evidence that these photos were intended to display the accessories Tesla designed for the Cybertruck. If that were the case, we would see many more accessories than shown in the photos.

So you'd like my rear spare carry I designed in 2019 when the CT came out?

I did this because my modelling already showed 4 years ago that there is physically no room to fit a 35" spare between the rear bumper and the motor.

A subspace storage system at half the cost of a Tardis. Today only! Unless you go back in time to last week, in that case there's a time restocking fee.
