Local shops here aren't half Tesla's prices... just paid $5,500 to satin wrap our model Y...

Yeah I was thinking the exact same thing when I was writing that poor exoskeleton joke... ;)

A holographic wrap of a x-ray of the interior of the Cybertruck would be pretty epic.
Or maybe a 3D Plaid "warp" on the tailgate using a infinite mirror. Heaps of options seeing that it is fairly flat, holographic should work well.

If cops don't pull you over you will get sue by first idiot who crash staring at your CT:sneaky:

But the truck goes to the house. And the money back from the solar tax credit can get you that solar package upgrade lol
The house is under hundreds of feet of redwood trees.

Besides the case that I don't go back to my house when I'm off doing truck things that I'd want solar for,

Time for a mobile array that raises from your roof and turns with the sun!

Plus, I think Elon said 5-7 miles per day. If you're doing super hardcore truck things (aside from just camping out) idk that that would be enough lol

Look, it isn't the miles I want it for. Do I want to lose range while my truck is sitting on top of a mountain or out in the desert?

No, no I do not.

Hopefully the tungsten carbide option is way cheaper or else I’m leaving it bare.

How many days will you be sitting in those spots? Lol cause phantom drain isn't really that bad. Especially if you turn off sentry and park in the shade (or up overheat temp control)

I already use from half to a whole kilowatt a day while camping without Tesla's systems on top of it.

I am tired of being told I need to just accept the losses when there's a big ass battery already there.

If you're in redwood covered mountains. Solar on your truck likely won't help at all but could always get a Genny lol

I was hoping they would pay more attention because of it and not crash into the rear. Maybe the false depth perception will set then off? ?

I was excited to see the colors, with the hope that since it's a wrap maybe they'd be going with bold colors. Instead all I see is Resale Value Grayscale, Dark Red, light red, Dark Green, and Light Blue. Why offer wraps if you're mostly offering colors you can buy on the car anyway?

Porsche continues to lead the way with colors that aren't chosen for how close to off-black they can be. Give me a mamba green or a cyber orange, then maybe I'll get excited.
Right, this vehicle is the most extreme thing to hit the street in decades. Don't give us vanilla color options.
