I believe that this is achieved via software coding for the rear wheel steering. Interesting to see, but not much use in the real world, IMHO.

Honest question, what would be a real world use case for this? I understand the idea behind added stability during high speed lane changes but I can't think of one for this.
That's really it. Highway speed lane changes. I mean, it could be a bit useful when backing a trailer.

Well atleast this confirms, CT has steer by wire.

Look at lock to lock the drivers arm doesnt go full 360 at all
Nice catch! Wonder if it's just for the rear wheels or both front and rear ... hrmm ...
