Not if you agreed not to flip it when you signed the purchase/sale agreement. You have to offer it to Tesla first, who will pay you the purchase price minus 25 cents for each mile on the odometer and minus any repairs it might need. Unless they decide not to buy it, then you can put it on Craigslist without fear of Tesla suing you successfully.So I buy one in cash with the full intent of keeping it, drive it for a month with the pink slip in hand, but decide I don’t like it.
Shouldn’t I have the right to sell it on Craigslist?
