Sorry, I was too early to post it. It did not have it before I ordered, but after the order, I found the Order agreement that had this section. It's not fair! I'm actually thinking of not taking the delivery and write off the $250 as a loss.

It requires a $250 deposit, so I assume they'll go until 1000 deposits are received.

I would LOVE to. Here’s the interesting thing: on reveal day, I accidentally ordered like 4. Didn’t know it cause the website kept freaking out. Of those 4, I’m allowed to configure only one, and that one was NOT the first preorder I made. It was the second.

They will only allow one foundation series per account.

Edit: this is conjecture! Excitedly responding in rapid series causes communication failures in my brain

- In Austin.
- Have a model Y
- 112782 number
- Pre-Ordered FSD
- pre-ordered trimotor

Have any of the other foundation buyers have any of the same details except for location?
