Keep in mind that any for profit company has the right to refuse service to anyone. Most companies, Tesla included, expects you to "operate in good faith." Obvious attempts to maliciously pull shenanigans with fine print stuff can quickly result in a loss of service. I do the same with the businesses I own--it is neigh impossible to account for every scenario and every angle that a malicious actor could exploit in fine print.
