The angle of that photo is tilted back a bit. You can tell from the roof angle and background. The seats do appear to be very vertical but I would say this particular photo isn’t a good reference because it isn’t completely level, so it could be an illusion.

Just about any model year. They haven't change for over a decade. Not sure about the 2024 model year

The shot with the back seats folded up have me excited.
it’s good to see Tesla offering such features given most other ICE pickups do the same. My 2018 RAM 1500 has fold up rear seats and 90 degree doors for example. I’d be disappointed if a brand new nextgen EV pickup design didn’t have competitive features like this. F150L has the same feature as well.

I doubt it. They fold up, and down, I think it'd be tricky to make 'em adjust too.
RAM 1500’s have reclining rear seats that also fold up - so it’s not that hard to do. In 2019+ RAM crew cab Lamarie and above, the rear seat slides forward about four inches and in the process reclines the rear seat back partially. There needs to be sufficient legroom to allow for this, which is why the Gen5 RAM crew cab length increased 4-5 inches, most of which was used for the rear cab area. What isn’t really possible is for the rear seat back to actually recline - given it is right up against the rear firewall and window area, and oftentimes the subwoofers and other electronics are located behind the rear seat backs.
