Or accept as in my case. If we are limited to drooling in a showroom it would be much nicer to be able to get in and maybe even drive.

I was told, and it makes sense. The foundation series being locally delivered into showrooms are for deliveries. Not demo. Demo as in sit in beat the crap out of, and scratch up. Hence the roping.

Tesla has never had cars in show rooms for new models that are below 3000 or so VIN. Tesla puts them in the hands of the paying customer. What they did here was delay the delivery. Maybe still working on software. My early 3 had to adjust the speed for cruise control on the screen.

Will repeat outside the dog and pony shows on the early S in country clubs and yacht clubs. One did not get to go sit in cars or drive them prior to ordering, and onto delivery. 3 X, and Y.

It was a leap of faith. Some took it. Some said I need to drive, or feel it. Which left Elon sitting with a bottle of Tequila. Some OG friends of mine where total as# cracks on wanting this or that on the 3, when Elon couldn't swing it.

This was the sight I was greeted with when I walked into the Mesa location! It certainly dominates the room; I can't decide if it is bigger or smaller than I expected (since I know it was shrunk since original reveal), but it sure does make a statement.

Yes! A real CT is in the showroom of the Mesa,AZ dealer. When you walk in, it is staring right at you. I couldn't breathe......it is so beautiful. I may have to wait until 2025 but it will be worth it.

I went yesterday to the location in Mesa and it’s gone now. They told me it was recently taken (didn’t give any other info). It doesn’t seem like there’s another location in AZ. Anybody know otherwise? I was pretty bummed.
