I don't recall a disclosure on my Foundation Series order page that says "the FSD you're paying full price for doesn't actually exist — even in beta — and we have no ETA". Happy to eat crow though if I missed it.

if data is
https://www.tesla.com/support/autopilot

It's very aggravating when people don't take the time to understand beta software and the development lifecycle. This is literally the only safe way to make the software available to the public. But I supposed some people are just never satisfied no matter what ?‍♂
Yes people understand but there should be a reasonable time frame, for Model, 3, S and X, now more than 4.5 Million cars on road, every year, we hear FSD will be available , lot of data has been gathered.
CT to go Million will be years to gather the Data.
I think what is fair to attach a FSD with account holder not with the car, because customer paid for the development believing in company, but once the cars sold, they lose all.
What about people paid in 2018 for Model 3, which I paid also, the car is 5 year old traded with Tesla, lot FSD, then when I was making a purchase of Model x, Tesla was asking to pay again, because was not transferable. I opted for EAP.

What do you mean?
I mean read the details of the order agreement and understand it. Unless you opt out it limits remedies to grievances. Not sure why 100% of purchasers don't opt out. Here is the part about arbitration and opting out:

Agreement to Arbitrate. Please carefully read this provision, which applies to any dispute between you and Tesla, Inc. and its affiliates, (together “Tesla”).
If you have a concern or dispute, please send a wri?en no?ce describing it and your desired resolu?on to resolu?[email protected].
If not resolved within 60 days, you agree that any dispute arising out of or rela?ng to any aspect of the rela?onship between you and Tesla will not be decided by a judge or jury but instead by a single arbitrator in an arbitra?on administered by the American Arbitra?on Associa?on (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitra?on Rules. This includes claims arising before this Agreement, such as claims related to statements about our products.
We will pay all AAA fees for any arbitra?on, which will be held in the city or county of your residence. To learn more about the Rules and how to begin an arbitra?on, you may call any AAA office or go to www.adr.org.
The arbitrator may only resolve disputes between you and Tesla, and may not consolidate claims without the consent of all par?es. The arbitrator cannot hear class or representa?ve claims or requests for relief on behalf of others purchasing or leasing Tesla vehicles. In other words, you and Tesla may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity and not as a plain?ff or class member in any class or representa?ve ac?on. If a court or arbitrator decides that any part of this agreement to arbitrate cannot be enforced as to a par?cular claim for relief or remedy, then that claim or remedy (and only that claim or remedy) must be brought in court and any other claims must be arbitrated.
If you prefer, you may instead take an individual dispute to small claims court.
You may opt out of arbitra?on within 30 days a?er signing this Agreement by sending a le?er to: Tesla, Inc.; P.O. Box 15430; Fremont, CA 94539- 7970, sta?ng your name, Vehicle Iden?fica?on Number, and intent to opt out of the arbitra?on provision. If you do not opt out, this agreement to arbitrate overrides any different arbitra?on agreement between us, including any arbitra?on agreement in a lease or finance contract.

I just reread the details about FSD. It implies it will be there after purchase. It makes no mention of not being available initially. If you purchased a FS Cybertruck after December 2, it's not too late to opt out of the mandatory arbitration. If Tesla tries to screw you over for too long with FSD, opting out would probable allow you to be part of a class action lawsuit. Go take some screen shots from the Tesla site.

Obviously it can't work until it has enough data.
All the people complaining it doesn't work would prefer it did work and crashed them into a wall?
Maybe, as I would be monitoring it closely to prevent such things I would hope that would be a learning experience for it to improve sooner. ?

Then you didn't perform your proper due diligence.

Where is the aforementioned disclosure on the Foundation Series order page?
Did you read your order agreement? Or literally any paperwork?

FSD was one of the things I was most excited about, as well. I really hope we don't have to wait years for FSD to be enabled in our Cybertruck. I have never owned a Tesla before but brag to my family how cool FSD is. I constantly show them YouTube videos of how amazing it is.

It will be unfortunate if we have to wait another extended period to experience this feature.

When your res number CT does turn up, you'll probably be grateful for what's delivered as the kinks may have been sorted. Perhaps even FSD availability.....Australia might get a version approved by 2028. You, on the other hand will be rewarded much sooner.

I hope they dont lag with even regular Autopilot/Autosteer. Its an asset for me on my commute to work (100 miles a day). ?
100+ miles a day is pretty rough, hopefully it is mostly highway and there is Autopilot at least, do you have charging at your work?
