I hope that is the case, my trade in has been sitting completed since around 12/12. (invited for Foundations 12/9)

I suspect the team that does the trade-in offers was swamped for end of year sales pushes and are prolly clearing the queue now. (but getting our Cyberbeasts soon would be great!)

No notification. I just checked my delivery tasks and the offer was pending this morning.

Didn’t get an email or anything.

I don't think the team's progress handling trade-ins has anything to do with assigning VINs. At least not a direct correlation. I rejected my trade-in offer more than a week ago and have had all of the other "tasks" completed for awhile. Let us know if you get a VIN assignment. As other threads have mentioned, hopefully more and more VINs will start being registered by Tesla and it will start assigning VINs to non-employee purchasers this week.

Enough for me to say "no thanks." Haha. Honestly, not sure. I am guessing they were about $4-5k too low. I will know for sure when I try to sell it elsewhere. But since I don't know when I am getting the CT, I am waiting until I at least get a VIN assignment before I take it anywhere else to sell. Plus, I really love my M3P. Parting with it will be a very sad day, which only the CT will be able to cure.

Yea, I think the trade in offers only last a certain amount of time no? This sounds different from the do it yourself trade in quote (i've never actually traded to tesla so idk). Which is promising news
