As previously noted in a video from MyCyberLife, and in this recent video from DblCapCrimpin, the tonnoeau cover does a good job of keeping water out:
Semantics aside, it's obvious Tesla intended to keep things inside dry as possible when the tonneau cover is closed. Any water getting in past a roof or cover can be called a 'leak', or whatever else, but what one wants to call it doesn't really matter anyway. What matters is those posting in this thread were simply pointing out either how well or in what situations not so well, that the tonneau cover keeps water out.
I also think the Cybertruck looks good outside in the rain in this video.
