Any more 12/9 NorCal'ers get delivery dates? Radio silence on my 14xx. Going to call Tesla today, but so far they just say "we'll let you know when you can schedule delivery"...

Mine was on a truck from socal to Dublin yesterday. They told me it should be in today afternoon.

Mine was on a truck from socal to Dublin yesterday. They told me it should be in today afternoon.
How did you get this info? Text, Tesla phone, or service center phone? The text thing has been useless for me, and when I call the service center they are definitely discouraging CT buyers from calling for status, and direct me to the app for status...

I call the sales phone number every day (the one with 30-45 min wait) and called my delivery location every 3-4 days.

I super nice and told them I am a ex Tesla engineer and know that they could ping the trucks for live location and they confirmed and did it for me. Just be super extra nice.

I'm doing the same thing, mine is due 2/16, yesterday's status was "2nd day on rail to socal"
. My delivery location is Sunnyvale. Looking forward to getting it on that semi to the Bay Area.

I tried to get the deliver location changed from Colma to Vallejo and they did not know how and said someone from the Cybertruck team would have to call me back. They also said my order was on hold until the 18th. ???

I have no idea how you all are able to get any real info out of Tesla... You're just more gifted at gab I guess? I spent a half hour on the phone with Tesla customer service today, and again zero luck. He was very nice, but even after discussing with his "coworker" all he was able to do is literally just read off the previous text the cust service rep had sent me which of course just said "we'll reach out when we have an estimated delivery date". He said they had no information other than the VIN, so basically just what the app says...

But then, after hanging up frustrated, only an hour later, I got a call from Sunnyvale SC! Yep, it's there!!! Scheduled pick up for Thursday (first available). They also confirmed (as others have said) I can pay by ACH transfer after inspecting the vehicle, no pre-payment needed. And they also clarified that you don't actually need the vehicle insured prior to pickup, you can just upload your current insurance as they are required to cover you for 30 days after purchase of a new vehicle.

Just saying, as someone mentioned earlier, seems to be very hit or miss on cust service being at all useful providing estimated delivery dates. In my case it was all misses. But the wait it (almost) over!
