I guess my post was too subtleTwo hours and no comments about how it has 69 miles.

We have no way to know if Tesla has approved the sale, which is their privilege. Someone with a good reason may have asked and been given permission.Maybe their thinking is that the profit will justify breaking the Cybertruck Purchase Agreement? Will be a very interesting story to follow.
Why? I just want Tesla to root them all out and fry them for lunch. They won’t but that is what I would like to see happen.Very curious to see where the final bid lands
That is just the material side. Tesla could sue for damages to its brand and take this wholesaler and the original seller to the cleaners. The purchase agreement sorta sounds like it won’t just be a $50k “fine,” but that Tesla will sue you for the profit above that as well.
If so, maybe some piss ant buddy of Elon Musk - he has some real winners. We have no way to know if Tesla has approved the sale, which is their privilege. Someone with a good reason may have asked and been given permission.
$$$$$$Anyone knows what is the penalty for selling before 1 year contract ends? If this works out, i am sure bunch of people will try to do the same before Tesla changes the course of the contract value.
Minimum $50k and any profits from the sale.Anyone knows what is the penalty for selling before 1 year contract ends? If this works out, i am sure bunch of people will try to do the same before Tesla changes the course of the contract value.
It doesn't specify profit. The way it reads, they can take all revenue from the sale if they want.Minimum $50k and any profits from the sale.
if tesla finds out they are entitled to all profits, so either they are a big winner and tesla never finds out or they are a big loser tesla sues them takes all their profits and blacklists them forever. kinda hoping for the latter, the VIN is right there, so clearly easy to trace it back. Tesla may get an anonymous email alerting them at this fact too, never knowMaybe their thinking is that the profit will justify breaking the Cybertruck Purchase Agreement? Will be a very interesting story to follow.
"Tesla may seek injunctive relief to prevent the transfer of title of the Vehicle or demand liquidated damages from you in the amount of $50,000 or the value received as consideration for the sale or transfer, whichever is greater. Tesla may also refuse to sell you any future vehicles."It doesn't specify profit. The way it reads, they can take all revenue from the sale if they want.
