So you're saying that I probably don't need to be checking my Tesla App for a VIN every hour what with it only being 9 days since I configured?

i am guessing you arent that prolific. but yea you can take sundays off too (no vins on sunday it seems) id start picking back up again when you reach 40 or 50 days

now after choosing the option at the top for Orders By Date, you can pan and zoom using your mouse and scrollwheel and click on the bar chart to view all orders for a specific action type (configure, vin or delivery) for a specific date

Not even tesla knows what they will do next, lmao. If we called tom cruise to drop into tesla and steal their secret delivery plan, it would be a piece of paper that says "there is no plan".

It's funny too, certain companies that operate this way always puzzle me. How many major product releases do you have to do before you can stop acting as though it's the first time you've ever done a product launch.

yeah that's helpful.

And, yeah, I just don't see a plan. I see multiple arms of the company that handle different things independently, and none of them care about the customer in the slightest. Factory cranks out trucks, that's all they know. Service centers deliver vehicles that show up, that's all they know. Logistics is handled in a way that likely isn't communicated to either the factory or the service centers.

They called me today and said my truck was here and that it will be ready on thursday. I didn’t do anything from when I got the VIN to now

@cgladue Update: I received a call from my Service Advisor in Dublin CA yesterday to schedule delivery. I have an appointment on 3/7 (Tomorrow). At the home stretch!

Vin to Delivery: 17 days
Config to Delivery: 76 days
